Spring 2009 OPL Schedules

 

    •  The 2009 Spring OPL will consist of eight teams which will include the top six teams from this past Fall OPL season in the U12-U15 age groups. The bottom 2 teams will be relegated and the Countries will recommend 2 teams to be promoted for Spring.  U11 teams will be promoted from within the Countries based on Fall Standings.   The U16 and U19 age groups are open to all that wish to participate but is optional for the Spring.  The invitation list will be made available after standings are compiled.

       Coaching conflicts - two teams only - if more than two teams, must submit an assistant coach’s name.
       Each team can choose 4 no play dates (4 individual dates or two weekends) These must be submitted with application.   
       
       Volunteer Disclosure Forms are submitted for any NEW coaches, asst. coaches or managers online through the Gotsoccer program.   Do not mail print vdfs to OSA.  Please contact your club for your volunteer login information if you do not know your Gotsoccer coach or manager login.  All volunteers must be assigned a coach or team official profile in Gotsoccer by their club.  This is not the same as a team login.  All volunteers will also need to be processed and approved before being added to a roster.  For additional information, please click here.
                  ALL rosters must be generated from the Gotsoccer Program.  
      In order for your application to be completed and your team accepted the following must be submitted to the OSA Tulsa Office, P. O. Box 35174, Tulsa, OK 74153 after online application is submitted:
       
      1. payment of $175 by January 11th
      2. Performance Bond of $250 by January 11th (new teams only)
      3. League roster (new teams only)
      5. Volunteer Disclosure Statement for and NEW coach, assistant coach, manager, etc -

      You will receive notification of your acceptance into OPL via email once all requirements are met. Please note that application to OPL does not guarantee acceptance.
