Upgrade Clinic - If you wish to upgrade to an 07, 06, or 05 badge in 2008, you must submit an application to attend the course. Use the link below to obtain the application, then complete it and either submit it electronically or print it off and mail it to OSA. Cost to attend the clinic: $25. The clinic will be held at OSA in January. More details on that TBA.
Upgrade candidates are required to complete the application and submit it. No walk ups will be admitted.
