All referees 18 years of age and older must have a VDF on file. Contact oksoccer@oksoccer.com for an online VDF to be sent to you. Please include your name and birthdate.
Reminder: 09 Recreational Referees are NOT to be used on competitive matches or any U16 through U19 recreational matches in Oklahoma.
