How to Upgrade
If you are an 08, 07, 06 referee who wishes to upgrade, use the link How to Upgrade to assist you. All referees attending upgrade clinics must be file an application and be recertified before attending the class. Use the links below to generate an Application to Upgrade, the Game Log form or the Assessment Request form.
Application to attend the Upgrade clinic must be filed by October 1st.
Application To Attend Upgrade Clinic - this form must be submitted by October 1 with fee of $25
Referee Assessment Request Form for web.pdf NEW! This pdf can be typed on, printed, and emailed. Just complete and then hit "Submit." Referees who wish to schedule an assessment must complete this form, save it, and send it to the appropriate Assistant State Director of Assessment. All assessments must be completed prior to attending the Upgrade Clinic if you wish to achieve the next grade level upon completion of the Upgrade Clinic.
