Application deadline:  Friday, April 11th  - fees and bonds due by Friday, April 25th Location and Field map:  Edmond Soccer Club 2008 State Cup hotel information: Hotels for State Cup in the Edmond area   Dates:  U11-U17 Preliminary Games – May 16th, 17th, and 18th                                        Semi Finals and Finals – May 24th and 25th               *U18-U19 Preliminary Games – May 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th if needed                          Semi Finals and Finals – May 31st and June 1st if needed             *We will work with teams to schedule around high school graduation commencement  exercises only.   We cannot work around all night parties and other activities. Each team will be asked to submit a list of high schools in which graduating players attend along with graduation commencement exercises dates and times.   Cost:  U11/12    $500           U13-U19 $550   Bonds:  $400 performance bond             $100 trash bond             (see rules for when bonds are cashed)   Roster Freeze date:  U11-U17 Friday, May 2nd  - no player can be added to roster after this date                                     U18-U19 Friday, May 9th   Mandatory Check-in – Friday, May 16th – Sleep Inn-Edmond (Broadway between Memorial and 33rd) 5:30pm-8:30pm             Items needed at check-in:                         Copy of original birth certificate for each eligible player                         Approved league roster with jersey numbers                         Stamped USYS Player Passes for each eligible player                         Current Medical releases - notarized                         (see tournament rules for more details)   Any team not making the check-in meeting on Friday night will have to check in an hour before 1st match and pay a $75 check-in fee at that time.   U18-U19 teams will check-n at least an hour before their first match   Note:  Rules are being reviews and will be posted soon.   USYS Southern Regional Tournament in Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina, June 19-25, 2008             List of accepted teams:   click here       List of accepted teams:           List of accepted teams:         List of accepted teams:       List of accepted teams:
