How To Host A Tournament - the following steps and documents will assist in applying for a Youth Tournament|
Deadline for applying for a tournament is October 1, 2011
General Information
Step 1 - Review the Tournament Hosting Policies

Mail, fax, or scan and email the following documents to OSA using the contact information below:
Step 2 - Complete the US Youth Soccer Application - print off a copy and send in

Step 3 - Complete the Tournament or Games Hosting Agreement - US Youth Soccer - print off a copy and send in
Tournament or Games Hosting Agreement - US Youth Soccer
Step 4 - Current rules for your tournament (do not submit a past year's or "draft" copy)
Step 5 - Application/team invitation
Step 6 - Child Find Procedures (do not submit a past year's or "draft" copy)
Step 7 - Upon completion of your tournament, please email, fax, or mail a copy of the Tournament Evaluation Form - Tournament Evaluation Form

Application fees
New tournament - $1,500 bond
Country only teams - $50
State Tournaments for teams within Oklahoma - $50
National Tournaments (teams invited out of state) - $75
International Tournaments (teams outside the U.S.) - $100
Applications received after due dates of preceding year must pay a $250 late fee in addition to the regular fee.
