How To Host A Club Tournament - the following steps and documents will assist in applying for a Youth Tournament|
Restricted (OK USYS teams only) - $50
Please note with the new formats coming Fall 2016, these are the new roster sizes from USYS, so make sure your hosting applications are updated.
6 and Under (4v4): The maximum team roster size is eight (8).
8 and Under (4v4): The maximum team roster size is eight (8).
10 and Under (7v7): The maximum team roster size is twelve (12).
12 and Under (9v9): The maximum team roster size is sixteen (16).
13 and Older (11v11): The maximum team roster size is twenty-two (22).
• February 20-21, 2016: Adult State Cup (Mohawk Park, Tulsa)
• April 16-17, 2016: President’s Preliminaries U11-U14 (Mohawk Park, Tulsa)
• April 30-May 1, 2016: State Cup Preliminaries U11-U14 (U11 NOKC, U12-U14, Edmond SC)
• May 7-8, 2016: President’s & State Cup U11-U14 Finals (Broken Arrow SC)
• May 22, 28-30, 2016: President's & State Cup U15-U19 Preliminaries & Finals (Edmond SC)
• October 15-16, 2016: Kohl’s Festival & Governor’s American Cup
Deadline for applying for a tournament is October 15, 2015. State Tournament weekend dates are considered “black out” weekends; clubs may not host tournaments on the following State Tournament dates:
Tournament Hosting Application Fees:
Unrestricted (All US Soccer Affiliates/Out of state teams) - $75
International Tournaments (teams outside the U.S.) - $100
New tournaments require a $1,500 bond
Applications received after due date must pay a $250 late fee in addition to the regular fee.

Step 2 - Complete the US Youth Soccer Application - print off a copy and send in

Step 3 - Complete the Tournament or Games Hosting Agreement - US Youth Soccer - print off a copy and send in

Step 4 - Current rules for your tournament (do not submit a past year's or "draft" copy)
Step 5 - Upon completion of your tournament, please email, fax, or mail a copy of the Tournament Evaluation Form - Tournament Evaluation Form
Step 6 - All send off reports of the final matches must be sent to OSA by email.

Applications must be complete with all materials including the hosting fee payment (bond if applicable) before applications will be processed and approved.
