Teams from Oklahoma Soccer Association wishing to travel outside of the boundaries of the state association must submit a notification for travel to the State Association prior to the date of the planned travel.
Notification for travel can be received by one of two methods:
1. Utilization of the online e-travel form (Please note: U10 and below are recreational teams only. U11 and up may be competitive or recreational but not both depending on how your team is rostered. For academy teams, please refer to the Academy policies and forms under the Programs tab.)
2. Submission of a travel permit in person at the Tulsa or Oklahoma City OSA State office
Requirements for Notification to Travel:
1. Application for travel form completed and signed by the coach or manager.
2. Country approved and stamped league roster that has been stamped by OSA for tournament participation.
3. Signature rosters are no longer required for travel from Oklahoma, but remember to check with the
tournament that you are attending to see what their roster requirements are. In lieu of a signature
roster, bring your country approved league roster by an OSA office to have it stamped as an OSA Approved Tournament roster.
