Sponsorships and Grants
With years of success in public education, soccer, and corporate America, I am ready to lead OSA as the club’s next Executive Director. I bring with me a track record of establishing positive relationships, managing budgets and finances, transforming struggling teams, and leading my peers. I am seeking to leverage my proven ability as a leader across multiple industries, coupled with my extreme love and passion for the game of soccer, and step into this role with Oklahoma Soccer.
Coaching has taken me on a journey from high school and middle school, to youth club competitive and recreational, and has afforded me the opportunity to see the game through several lenses. My own core values and beliefs sync precisely with OSA’s as stated in the Club’s Mission Statement, and I truly feel that together we can achieve this mission of promoting soccer in Oklahoma and developing players to their full potential.
Pauletta Price – Director of Competitive Programs
· OPL & FCL Administrator
State Competitive Tournaments
Club Tournament Administrator
My name is Pauletta Price. I have been working under the Oklahoma Soccer Association umbrella for a little over 16 years. I started as a part time assistant and worked my way up to being the Executive Director for Frontier Country Soccer Association. After 11 years of working under Frontier Country SA, I moved over to work for the state association as the Recreational Admin then moving to the Director of Competitive Programs. The soccer family that I have gained during this time is the reason why I am still working for this great organization.
I am the mother of an awesome, and handsome 22-year-old son. During my free time, I have started playing walking soccer which is so much fun and enjoyable.
Grassroots Program Director
My name is Alicia Haught. I started with Oklahoma Soccer Association January 2021. Prior to working with OSA, I had been employed in healthcare for 14 years. I have served on the Sapulpa Soccer Club board for several years, moved into the club Registrar position in Spring 2019 to Fall 2020. I am excited for the opportunity to work with Oklahoma Soccer Association as the Grassroots Program Director making soccer my job and to work with our recreational groups across Oklahoma. I look forward to working with Oklahoma soccer clubs providing assistance using both of my hats as a club Registrar and a Grassroots Program Director.
I have been married to my wonderful husband for twelve years and we have two amazing sons, Shane 8 & Spencer 13. We are most definitely a soccer family. We spend our time coaching both of our son’s soccer teams. When we aren’t at the soccer fields and between seasons, we enjoy our time relaxing on a boat with family at the lake.
Member Services Administrator
My name is Rashonda Hagar. I have two beautiful daughters; one plays softball and the other plays soccer. I have been involved in soccer for most of my life as a player, a referee, a coach, and club administrator for Unity Soccer Club. A brief stint as Recreational Program Administrator for OSA in 2017 then later with OKC United FC for two years. After taking a break from OKC United FC, returning to work at the State association will be exciting and I am looking forward to this new journey as the Members Services Administrator.

Cassie Martin – Director of Business Services

My husband and I have 3 children, two of which played both competitive club soccer and high school, with one still playing. Our family has always loved and been involved in the soccer community. We have volunteered with our local club, my husband coached both of our kids that played and we are both on the board for the high school soccer team.
I have sold real estate since 2004 and in 2015, while working on real estate auctions across the country, I was made aware of an opening at OSA and immediately applied. I took on the role of Director of Business Services. In early 2020, due to some health issues, I decided to become part time, from home with OSA and continue to sell real estate. This has been an amazing transition that allows me to do the two things that I enjoy the most!
I enjoy working with all of the office staff and club administrators as well as being a part of growing the game!
