Direct Player Registration

Use the following steps to register a player, that is not currently registered with any USYS club, for the 2020-21 season.  

This registration is not for use in regular season games.  This is for tournament only guest players and the player pass will indicate such.

1. To Register: Direct Registration (Do not create a new player profile.  Please use the existing player account in GotSport. 
2. Once you have completed the above link, email a copy of a birth certificate or government ID to pauletta@oksoccer.com.
3. After verification, an approved registration form and player pass will be sent to you. Registrations are not complete until you receive the approved forms and player pass (player pass for ages U11 and up only)

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for your request to be processed. The players registration is not complete until you receive the approved registration form back from our office. 

OSA polices prohibit a competitive player with any US Soccer organization guest playing with a recreational team.
