Looking to host a Club or Youth Tournament?

The following steps and documents are required to host a USYS Youth Sanctioned Tournament.

Step 1 

Review the Application to Host Youth Tournaments Policies and Procedures and then complete the US Youth Soccer Application and send it to OSA.

Tournament Hosting Application Fees:

  • Restricted (For Oklahoma USYS Teams only) – $50
  • Unrestricted (For all US Soccer Affiliates/Out of State Teams) – $75
  • International Tournaments (For Teams Outside the U.S.) – $100
  • New tournaments require a $1,500 bond

Applications received after due date (October 15th) must pay a $250 late fee in addition to the regular fee.

Step 2

Complete the Tournament/Games Hosting Agreement and send it to OSA.

Step 3

Submit current rules for your tournament (do not submit a past years or “draft” copy).

Await OSA Approval

Step 4

Upon completion of your tournament, please submit the Tournament Evaluation Form.

Please complete this form and submit it to OSA within two weeks after your tournament. Failure to complete and submit this form to OSA will jeopardize your opportunity to host such a tournament in the future.

The fee schedule for hosting a tournament is as follows:

·       Small-sided special events (3v3, 4v4) tournaments – No Team Fee

·       State Tournaments (teams within Oklahoma) – $5.00 per team

·       National Tournaments (teams invited from out of state) – $5.00 per team

·       International Tournaments (teams outside USA, Canada, Mexico) – $5.00 per team

Step 5

All sending off reports of the final matches must be sent to OSA by email. 

Please Note:

State Tournament weekend dates are considered “blackout” weekends; clubs may not host tournaments on the following State Tournament dates: 
  • May 8-10, 2026: Presidents Cup, State Cup, and Grassroots Tournament of Champions

6 and Under (4v4): The maximum team roster size is 8 players
8 and Under (4v4): The maximum team roster size is 8 players

10 and Under (7v7): The maximum team roster size is 12 players
12 and Under (9v9): The maximum team roster size is 16 players

13U-19U (11v11): The maximum recreational team roster limit is 22 players
13U-19U (11v11): The maximum competitive team roster size is 22 players

E-mail or mail the above documents to the OSA. 

Applications must be complete with all materials including the hosting fee payment (bond if applicable) before applications will be processed and approved
