The Oklahoma Grassroots Tournament of Champions is our Recreational State Championship event. It is open to all USYS affiliated Rec and Academy teams playing in 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, or 11v11 formats.

GUEST PLAYERS POLICY AND PROCEDURES
1. Home club policies are adhered to concerning releasing a player for guest play.
2. Teams shall only use guest players that are appropriate to the age group.
3. Guest player forms are to be completed on-line via Gotsport team account under forms tab
4. A registered competitive player, from any US Soccer affiliate, may not guest
play with a recreational team in this tournament.
5. The number of guest players allowed for each age division is listed below.
Team rosters may not exceed maximum roster limits set by US Soccer. Rostered
players may not be excluded from playing in this Tournament to make
room for guest players.
U5-U6 teams may have a maximum of one guest player
U7-U8 teams may have a maximum of one guest player
U9-U10 teams may have a maximum of two guest players
U11-U12 teams may have a maximum of three guest players
U13-U19 teams may have a maximum of four guest players.
6. Approved guest players will need the following documents for Tournament of Champions team check in:
a. Current player pass for all players U11 through U19. (if players governing body
requires one)
b. Signed medical release form.
c. Guest Player permission form. (Form can be found in your GotSport account under FORMS tab)
